13-14 July 09 Cameron Highlands

I was supposed to visit Bali, Indonesia from 05-08/07/09 but cancelled the trip last minute due to H1N1 flu... Was afraid to be contracted by the disease unknowingly as there're many kids at home... Sad to miss the flight but planned for a local short trip instead...

Had a short trip to Cameron Highlands which is about 1 1/2 hrs drive from Ipoh using the Simpang Pulai route... Arrived there to have our steamboat dinner, and a plate of fried mushroom...

Next morning, on our way up to Boh Tea Centre, a relaxing view of tea plantation area.

Needed to climb up the hill to reach the relaxing tea-time centre...

At last, reached itz Tea Centre with all the creative design...

Ordered some tea drinks while admiring the fantastic view...

But sad to say that my youngest was scolded by one of their ill-mannered staff in the tea-testing corner when she intended to take a plastic cup for another try of their tea product... Wasn't it meant for testing? Hubby later complaint to their cashier but no dept. head around. Raising your voices to a little kid won't make me buy your product! No wonder u're only a tea-lady...

On another route to Gunung Brinchang (Mossy Hill), just take a junction from the tea farm; itz really chilly cool up here, a suitable place for jungle-trekking lovers.
Look at these thick moss... They're really adorable...

Bought some flowers from the highlands to decorate my home, these flowers made me happy for days...
